A delicious famous rice dish that is very popular throughout South Asia and considered the best Biryani by many in Siria’s community. We’ve dined on her biryani before and we’ve been dreaming of it ever since. The chicken is fall-off the bone juicy and the whole dish is perfectly balaced with Siria’s own special spicemix (i’m yet to learn her secret!)
Be sure to pair with the Cholar Dal and use as a gravy. Go wild and scoop up with your hands or our freshly baked Naan.
